My way of life

My way of life

I´ve been building compostbins, for twenty 26 years now

And I run my business, at the end of the street

And it is a haven, for the likes of me

And the larch wood, smells of something genuine

And for the past 10 years and some hundred tons later

with composted leftover food we´ve let the people grow and grow

With a little bit of help from the compostworms

Now on the former wellcut lawns is producing groceries

But still they don´t know what we´re talking about

They can´t see what we have got

It´s easy to destroy something carefully built up

In my way of life

My way of life

So I pledge my time, awaiting signs,

to the elder brothers, and my beacons in the night

And I make my speach, to that single audience

And some are prepared and ready to listen

And they will understand what we´re talking about

They will see what we have got

And that the weakes plants are strong enough

to stand the heavy rain

That heavy rain

In my way of life

My way of life
